Some deep bone position and higher convex body are directly made on the mold core. Whether the processing is good, whether the demoulding can be smooth, and whether the exhaust is reasonable. It is not necessary to remove the insert or add a flat thimble at the bottom of the bone position to assist ejection.
See if there is thin steel in the mold core and whether it is possible to stick the front die.
Whether the wall thickness of the root of some screw columns will shrink or not, it is necessary to add craters on the mold core.
Whether there is sharp steel after the thimble is cut out, whether there is a large slope at the top of the thimble, and whether anti-skid groove should be made.
If the distance between the screw and the water passage is more than 5mm, whether there is a reasonable distance between the screw and the water passage.
Whether the sealing position of parting surface is reasonable, small products are generally more than 5mm, and larger products are generally more than 10mm.
Whether the mold kernel will be inserted into the mold embryo when closing the mold, and whether the inserted part of the circumference is avoided.
